We do not use advertising cookies or optional marketing trackers on this surface. If that ever changes, this policy and the consent experience will be updated first.

If you use the assistant chat, the conversation is stored on our servers so we can answer you. We do NOT store your IP address: only a salted one-way hash of it, kept for 30 days purely to spot abuse of the free chat. Conversations that never become an enquiry are deleted after 180 days.
